for the love of coffee

We love coffee. And we take it seriously. Fortunately, our partners and friends at Bunni Coffee Roasters in Luweibdeh are roasting some of the best we've had.

Their beans are sourced directly from trusted partners who endeavor to ensure an ethical, fair and transparent supply chain. They pay higher prices for the benefit of farmers.

Bunni only select coffee in season, meaning  beans remain fresher and retain more moisture and intrinsic flavor. It also means their beans change regularly so we always have things to look forward to.

If you're ready to step up your coffee game, we've got everything you need.

master the brew

Easy changes to your coffee routine can drastically improve your cup

1) buy good quality, whole coffee beans

They stay fresh longer and will taste better than pre-ground beans. Ideally roasted within the past two weeks and consumed within a couple of months.

2) If you haven't already, get a coffee grinder

When you get used to it, grinding fresh coffee (a type of meditation) becomes the highlight of your routine. Don't forget to take a whiff before brewing. Might just be the best smell ever.

3) go with your gut

Don't worry too much, we know it can be intimidating especially if you're new to this. Just use your gut when choosing beans, think about what you're tasting and forget the haters. You'll be talking like a pro soon.
