• Fresh Za'atar and Cheese Mo'ajanat


    Fresh Za'atar and Cheese Mo'ajanat using our restaurant's signature Manaqeesh dough. The dough is using flour, water, salt and nothing else. The flour is a blend of unsifted, freshly milled, local, whole wheat flour from Bayouda (near Salt, Jordan) with a Latvian bread flour. The Nabulsi cheese is handmade by Al Amal Farms near Jerash using the freshest sheep's milk.
