Halloumi & Sun-dried Tomato Mini-Eesh
Miniature Halloumi and Sundried Tomato Manaqeesh using our restaurant's signature Manaqeesh dough. The dough is made using flour, water, salt and nothing else. The flour is a blend of unsifted, freshly milled, local, whole wheat flour from Bayouda (near Salt, Jordan) with a Latvian bread flour. The Halloumi is handmade by Al Amal Farms near Jerash using the freshest cow's milk. The Sun-dried tomatoes are made in Jordan by Al-Tuneib.
