Sauteed Khobeizeh, walnut and red pepper molasses stuffed mo'ajanat, using our restaurant's signature Manaqeesh dough. The dough is made with flour, water, salt and nothing else. The flour is a blend of unsifted, freshly milled, local, whole wheat flour from Bayouda (near Salt, Jordan) with a Latvian bread flour. The walnuts used are those from inside Eggplant Makdous, so they are slightly fermented and marinated in the makdous oil. The red pepper molasses is made in our kitchen.
