Homemade marmalade using bitter oranges from the Jordan Valley (and some off of our own tree). This is a very traditional recipe using the bitter orange skins and all with added sugar. We do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives (or pectin other than that naturally found in the oranges).
Delicious with some fresh, local butter or, as we use it in the restaurant, to top your muhalabieh.
