    Our staple sourdough bread. Baked fresh inhouse and made using flour, water, salt and nothing else. The flour is a blend of unsifted, freshly milled, local, whole wheat flour from Bayouda (near Salt, Jordan) with a Latvian bread flour. 


    It is not only a delicious and nutritious loaf of bread, but also keeps very well for several days at room temperature or for many months if frozen fresh.
