Shams Cucumber Pickles
Our pickles are naturally fermented using only water and salt. This means that they are packed with beneficial probiotic bacteria and a more complex flavour than cucumbers pickled in vinegar. Cucumbers fermented in this way do however keep fermenting and changing so keep them refrigerated and eat them quickly so you don’t end up with mushy cucumbers!

This item is naturally fermented. It does expire but will continue to ferment - becoming more acidic and soft as time goes on. We recommend that you keep this product refrigerated to slow down the process and consume quickly to maintain the taste and texture that you like.
