Shams Nabulsi Cheese
  • Shams Nabulsi Cheese

Nabulsi cheese gets its name from the city of Nablus in Palestine where this cheese has been made for centuries. It’s made with mastic, mahlab and nigella seeds for a fresh and light taste.

You need to steep the cheese in fresh water for a few hours to dilute the saltiness which keeps it preserved for longer but the effort is worth it for a cheese that is somewhere between a mozarella and a halloumi.

Like our labaneh balls, our cheese is also made by the family run Al Amal farms using only the freshest cows milk.
